The 3rd International Student Conference 2022. Report

„The 3rd International Student Conference 2022” to już kolejna edycja konferencji organizowanej przez Uczelnię Techniczno-Handlową im. H. Chodkowskiej w Warszawie. Temat tegorocznej edycji brzmiał: „Challenges in the fields of management, finance, security and modern engineering”.

Wydarzenie odbyło się 8 grudnia 2022 roku w Kampusie Jutrzenki UTH.

Wśród tematów prezentowanych przez prelegentów podczas trzeciej edycji Konferencji znalazły się: “Gender and work-life balance”, “Motivation and the psychological consequences of its lack”, “Motivating employees as the personal function in organization”, “Emotional intelligence and its impact on organizational life”, “Differences between generations in the organization”, “Psychology and artificial intelligence”, “The importance of organizational culture”, “The history and functions of marketing in companies”, “Changes of consumer behaviour after the experience of pandemic”, “New trends in social media”, “Effects of pandemic in Spain”, “Coping with financial stress”, “Corporate social responsibility of Inditex”, “Organizational behaviour in aviation”, “Mobbing as the reason for leaving the organization”.

Konferencji zakończył panel dyskusyjny wraz z podsumowaniem wystąpień.

W trzeciej edycji Konferencji wzięło udział ponad 20 prelegentów z UTH oraz uczelni z całej Europy - Clermont Auvernet (Francja), Insumbria University (Włochy),  University in Malaga (Hiszpania) oraz Aydin University i Karabuk University (Turcja).
